Melissa is the CEO and heartbeat of Caring Companions Referral Agency.  Melissa started her career in caretaking over 20 years ago with her aunt in Dallas, Texas, taking care of several prominent residents in Highland Park, Texas. She continued her passion for home health care and the medical field through a variety of front-end positions dealing directly with clients. As a former caretaker, Melissa understands the attributes of high-level domestic workers, and has built an extensive and talented registry to offer to our clients. Melissa has a gift for understanding clients’ needs and delivering results and is 100% an advocate for the client. Melissa has an Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University and is always willing to listen and take the time to understand the situation at hand with her calm and reassuring demeanor.
