Our registry platform caters to experienced care providers and finding them in-home care opportunities consistent with their set rate and schedule. As the leading in-home care referral agency in Southern California, clients are constantly reaching out to us for domestic worker referrals. As a qualified domestic worker, doing your own marketing and selling to find a client to work with can be an impossible task. Our proprietary infrastructure and processes allow us to seamlessly and quickly match your skills and experience with clients currently searching for non-medical in-home care services. We are always looking for quality additions for our Registry and have a very high placement success rate with clients. Please note that before you can apply for our Registry, you must have a current HCA number, at least 3 years of in-home care experience, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. If you do not currently have an HCA number, or it is expired, then please visit the California Department of Social Services to complete the Home Care Aide Application Process. What is a Referral Agency?

A domestic referral agency (DRA) is a platform that helps connect professional care providers and clients looking for domestic services in the comfort of their homes. Services such as light housekeeping, meal prep, toilet or commode assist, fall risk, errands, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), etc.
DRAs do not employ any of the domestic workers on its registry.
As a DRA, we ensure you have met our qualifications in order to be added to our registry.
You must have:
An active HCA account (Link)
Minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience

How it works

Once you are registered, as an independent care provider you can bid on any of the clients on our platform looking for service.
You can set your own rates and weekly availability.
You get to choose which clients are the best fit for you.
Each Friday we collect all completed invoices.
Once clients have approved the invoices, you will receive your payment via direct deposit from the trust account typically in two business days.
End of each year, you will receive a 1099 tax form to file for your taxes.
